is responsible for all shipping on warranty claims. Used parts have no

property, legal, or financial damages or claims stemming from the use

misuse of any product we manufacture or sell. The purchaser assumes all
responsibility for the safety, proper installation, performance, and
applicability
of these products. If you have any doubts or concerns about the
installation,
function, performance or proper use of any of our products, please
contact
us prior to the installation or use of the product.
CORES AND CORE CHARGES
A
CORE CHARGE WILL BE ADDED TO ANY PART(S) THAT CAN BE REBUILT OR
RECONDITIONED.
THIS WILL INCLUDE FRAME BRACKETS, ENGINE TOWERS, TRANSMISSIONS,
ENGINES,
REAR ENDS, TRANSFER CASES, DRIVE SHAFTS, HEADS, CRANKSHAFTS, STEERING
BOXES.
WE ARE DOING THIS DUE TO THE FACT THAT A LOT OF THESE PARTS ARE GETTING
VERY HARD TO COME BY AFTER 25 YEARS AND A LOT OF THESE PARTS ARE NOT
MADE
TODAY. THEY HAVE BECOME OBSOLETE NOT EVEN AVAILABLE IN AFTER MARKET.
YOU
WILL HAVE 15 DAYS FROM THE DELIVERY TO RETURN THE CORE(S) TO US. IF NO
CORE IS RETURNED TO US THEN YOUR BANK ACCOUNT WILL DEBITED THE CORE
CHARGE BY ACH CHECK. YOU
ARE
RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SHIPPING. IF FOR SOME REASON THE CORE CHARGE WAS
NOT CHARGED TO YOU THEN IT WILL TAKEN LATER IF YOU DO NOT SEND THE CORE
BACK TO US FREIGHT PREPAID, WE DO NOT ACCEPT C.O. D'S ON CORE RETURNS.
THE CORES MUST BE IN REBUILD ABLE CONDITION, WE RESERVE
THE RIGHT TO DETERMINE WHETHER THE PART IS REBUILD ABLE. IF THE CORE IS
NOT REBUILD ABLE THEN YOUR CORE CHARGE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. IF WE DO
NOT
RECEIVE YOUR CORE WITHIN THE 15 DAY RETURN PERIOD YOU WILL NOT BE
CREDITED
BACK FOR YOUR CORE CHARGE. THERE WILL NO EXCEPTIONS THIS POLICY.
